LET’S BUILD ONE.

One little box.
Let’s build yours.

Here’s what’s inside ours. Lift the lid, meet the parts, and follow the wires before you start building.

A LITTLE AT A TIME

Start here. Keep going.

WHERE DOES THIS GO?

Let’s follow the wires.

MEET THE GPIO PINS

Small pins. Clear directions.

Physical pin numbers, viewed from above the PCB. Pin 1 is at the microSD end; pins 39/40 are at the USB end. Click any pin to locate it in 3D.

MICROSD END / PIN 1 ↓ USB / ETHERNET END

BCM is the software GPIO number. It is not the physical header number. Raspberry Pi reference ↗

BEFORE THAT FIRST HELLO

Still a prototype.
Still learning together.

This is the box we’re building, with the original enclosure files and photos of the real parts. The microphone comes out of its casing; the speaker stays in. Some sizes are still estimates. You can also see where the older layout had parts overlapping—those checks haven’t been repeated for the revised shapes.

A few checks before you plug it in. Check actual body dimensions, button travel, cable storage, mounting and ventilation. Confirm the lamp driver and your exact PN532 terminal labels before wiring. Assemble with power disconnected.
